Cancellation, Refunds, Rescheduling
All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or allow cancellations once a booking is paid. If you encounter any issues and are unable to attend your scheduled booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your booking for a future date.
Wind
For winds over 14 MPH, cabanas will be replaced with lowered umbrellas. Please raise them only if winds subside and ensure they’re lowered before you leave.
Rain or Storms
You can reschedule for rain anytime before 7 AM on your booking day. Start times may be adjusted as we cannot set up in active rain or lightning. For safety, we may dismantle setups if thunderstorms approach. Please lower cabanas and umbrellas when leaving, especially during storms, as high winds can damage equipment. If it begins to rain during your session, feel free to leave and seek cover.
Equipment Damage
Please avoid moving chairs to the ocean area, as saltwater can damage the equipment. In case of unforeseen damage, guests are responsible for replacement costs. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality of our premium rental experience for everyone!
